How to update your paytm kyc

 Hello friends do you also want to update your kyc like me .when i was not 18 and i have no pan card i used my mother pan card for kyc for my paytm account .So now as i have my own pan card i want to update my kyc so lets see how i do.

                                              

                                                          

• First i call to the paytm  help center (number - paytm help number).
• Then after i tell them my issue they say check your 24x7 section of application. .
• Then they give me a notification on application  24x7 section in paytm app.
• In this section they want me to upload some documents.
• Documents are-- 

1. Correct kyc documents.
2. your selfie in which your face is captured  properly along with kyc documents.
3. Screenshot of paytm app where the name is showing incorrect.
4. Bank statement or passbook. or Mobile bill on which mobile number is mentioned (if number is postpaid).or Any goverment id in which contains this mobile number or sim activation date proof should contain the following details of A.Your mobile number B.your name C.Sim activation date 

      (Note- To get sim activation proof you can visit your nearest operator's outlet)

   

• After submitting documents they update my kyc .
